Dieses hitzebeständige und dampfdurchlässige Spezialgewebe ist geeignet für alle Walzenbügler mit 85 cm. Unser hochwertiges Baumwoll-Molton schneidet in folgenden 3 Kriterien bestens ab:

1. hohe Elastizität

Die hohe Elastizität der Unterbewicklung ist besonders wichtig, um unterschiedliche Wäschestärken permanent auszugleichen. Es gewährleistet letztendlich den richtigen Anpressdruck und verhindert den Plisseeeffekt.

Der hohe Feuchtigkeitstransport ermöglicht eine gleichmäßige Trocknung des Textils. Das bügelaktive Walzentuch ist besonders dampfdurchlässig und gewährleistet den erforderlichen Feuchtigkeitstransport, um alle Restfeuchte zu entziehen. perfekte Bewicklung.

Die Unterbewicklung kommt unter das abschließende Bügeltuch. Es wird auf der blanken Walze befestigt und ist somit für alle Bügelmaschinen geeignet. Ältere Bügelmaschinen wurden meist mit Stahlwolle bewickelt. Diese rostet im Laufe der Jahre, wodurch der Anpressdruck stark vermindert wird. Hier muss zwingend die Unterbewicklung erneuert werden, damit Sie wieder das perfekte Bügelfinish erhalten. Modernere Bügelmaschine haben in der Regel eine Unterbewicklung aus einer hitzebeständigen Gummierung (Weichmoltopren) bzw. Nadelfilz, welche nicht zwingend ausgetauscht werden muss. Da wir für Stahlwolle keinen Ersatz mehr anbieten können, empfehlen wir diese waschbare Moltonbewicklung.

Wie wird die Unterbewicklung aufgezogen?

Die Unterbewicklung wird auf der blanken Walze befestigt und kommt somit unter das abschließende Bügeltuch. Bitte gehen Sie dabei wie folgt vor:

1. Entfernen Sie das alte Bügeltuch mit den Befestigungskordeln
2. Lösen Sie die abgenutzte Unterbewicklung von der Walze
3. Entfernen Sie ggf. Klebstoffreste von der Walze und reinigen Sie diese gründlich
4. Bringen Sie links und rechts einen kleinen Streifen doppelseitiges Klebeband auf
5. Ziehen Sie das Moltongewebe so weit auseinander, dass es über die gesamte Walzenbreite passt
6. Befestigen Sie das Tuch an den Klebestreifen, sodass es nicht mehr abrutschen kann
7. Mangeln Sie das Tuch ein bis zum Schluss (ggf. leicht einfeuchten)
8. Schlagen Sie das Ende des Moltongewebes zurück (20 cm) und legen Sie das abschließende Bügeltuch dazwischen
